Do you offer returns/exchanges?

At this point we do not offer returns/exchanges unless a product arrives defective, if that is the case please contact us so we can resolve the issue. The resolution may include getting a full/partial refund, or receiving a new item in place of the defective item. We want to work with you to make sure you are happy with what you've purchased!

Do you take custom orders?

We do not take custom orders at this time, but if you have an idea and would like to collaborate with us, please contact us!

When will my order ship?

Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days for ready to ship products.
